StanHattie LLC's designated agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement is:
Mike Hill, StanHattie LLC

Submitting a takedown notice
To file a takedown request, send a written notice to the designated agent that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (specific URL preferred).
- Your contact information: address, phone, email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Incomplete notices may delay or block action. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was in error or the use is authorized, you may file a counter-notice with the designated agent. A counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, the Southern District of Iowa) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of repeated, verified infringement claims will be terminated.
